Your stay
Use by third parties of the accommodation is not allowed without the permission of the owner. Visitors are not allowed to stay overnight in B&B Central Park without permission from the owner and without additional payment. 

Pets
Pets are not allowed in the B&B. 

Smoking and use of drugs
Smoking is not allowed. The patio is an exception, provided it does not cause any inconvenience to other guests. The use of drugs is not allowed, not even on the patio. 

Sound
We request that you keep the sound level low between 10PM and 8AM. This can cause disturbance to other guests, especially in the general areas.

Heating
The heating in the B&B can be operated by the guests themselves, there is no timer on it, so we kindly ask you, with a view to the environment, to set the thermostat low in the evening and on departure, so that there is no unnecessary heating. 

Garbage
Garbage can either be deposited in the kitchen cupboard in the garbage, or in the bins in the rooms. Please separate glass and paper, you can leave this on departure, so that the owner can recycle it appropriately. 

Kitchen
You can use all the facilities of the kitchen. When using the stove, the extractor hood must be switched on to prevent cooking odors. 

Cleaning
From an environmental point of view, the towels and bed linen are not changed daily for longer stays. In principle, the room is cleaned every 3 days and the towels are changed and the bed linen is changed once a week, but if you would like this to happen more often, this is of course possible in consultation. The general area and kitchen will be cleaned daily.
