This privacy statement explains which personal data are processed by B&B Central Park and for what purposes this is necessary. If you still have questions after reading this privacy statement, please contact us via info@bb-centralpark.nl Through this website we inform you about our B&B and you have the option to contact us or make a reservation. Personal data is processed for this. We think it is very important that your data is handled with care. Personal data is therefore carefully processed and secured by us. We adhere to the applicable privacy legislation.

Personal data
We process personal data to provide our services. We process this data on the basis of a legal obligation and on the basis of your consent. The personal data that we can process are
•    Name
•    Residence
•    Phone number
•    E-mail address
•    IBAN
•    Allergy information

Purposes
The above personal data will only be processed by B&B Central Park for a predetermined purpose. The personal data that we process is necessary for us to achieve these goals. We never process your data for other purposes. The purposes for which we process personal data are:
• The night register (necessary in case of an emergency and for the tourist tax)
• Sending invoices
• Returning any found items
• Confirm reservations
• Provide the right breakfast service for those with allergies

 
We are legally obliged to keep a night register. For this we ask for your name and place of residence. If you do not wish to provide this information, unfortunately we cannot offer you an overnight stay in our B&B.

Third parties
We receive and/or share personal data with the following organisations:
• Airbnb
• Bedandbreakfast.nl
• Bedandbreakfast.eu
• Accountant
When we provide your data to a third party, we ensure that your data is not used for other purposes and that your data is deleted as soon as it is no longer necessary. We do this by concluding an agreement with the relevant partner.

Storing and archiving
We take appropriate security measures to limit misuse of, and unauthorized access to, your personal data. The personal data that we process is not kept longer than is necessary for the purpose for which we obtained it. Retaining the data is necessary when it is necessary for the provision of our services. However, if the law specifies a different mandatory retention period, your data will be kept for as long as required by law.

Right to access and change
You have the right to view, change and/or delete your personal data processed by us. You can contact us by e-mail for this. The contact details are at the top of this privacy statement.

Right of complaint
You have the right to submit a complaint to the Dutch Data Protection Authority if you have complaints regarding the processing of your personal data. Of course you can first submit your complaint to us, but if we cannot resolve it together, you can still submit your complaint to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, via their website.
