Reservation and cancellation
A reservation can only be made by guests who are older than 18 years and with a permanent residence. A reservation is final after a confirmation by e-mail. The owner of B&B Central Park reserves the right to cancel a reservation within 24 hours. A reservation made verbally will always be confirmed by a written confirmation. By means of this confirmation of the reservation, the guest declares that he has taken note of and agrees with the general terms and conditions and the cancellation conditions.
Cancellation of reservations up to 3 nights is possible free of charge up to 7 days before the arrival date. In case of cancellation of reservations of 3 nights and more, a period of 14 days applies. In case of cancellations shorter than these periods up to one day prior to the reservation, 50% of the accommodation costs will be charged. In case of cancellation less than a day in advance or in case of a no-show, the full room rate will be charged.
Payment
Payment is made in advance via the website, or on the spot upon arrival in cash or by debit card or payment request. For reservations of 3 days or longer, a deposit of at least 30% of the amount due must be paid. Any refund of overnight stays already paid after cancellation within the above term will be made by bank transfer within 2 weeks after the cancellation. Any bank charges are at the expense of the tenant.
General
Ineke van Tuinen is the owner of B&B Central Park. She can be replaced if necessary. The owner is not liable for damage, loss or theft of users' property. In case of disputes, all (legal) costs are for the account of the users. All risks related to a stay in B&B Central Park are for the account of the users. Damage and loss of movable and immovable property belonging to the owner must be reported immediately by the users and reimbursed to the owner. Guests must follow owner's instructions. The owner can deny and/or refuse access to B&B Central Park in the event of violation of these Terms and Conditions and inappropriate behavior with immediate effect, without further notice and reason and without refund of accommodation costs. The administration of the owner is decisive in case of mutual disagreement, unless the users can prove the contrary.
Check-in and check-out
The regular check-in times are between 4 pm and 10 pm at the latest. It is possible to deviate from this in consultation. Check-out is before 11 am due to the cleaning of the rooms.
Breakfast
Breakfast is included in the price. During check-in, a time will be agreed at which breakfast will be set up. Breakfast times are in principle between 8 am and 10.30 am, but earlier or later is possible after consultation. You must indicate this before making the reservation. When making the reservation, you will also be asked to indicate any dietary requirements with regard to breakfast. No additional costs will be charged for this.
